Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations and pleasant sounds of singing bowls and tuning forks! Sound healing is known to reduce stress, anxiety and depression. It balances and clears the mind, and leads to a renewed sense of well-being, calm, and happiness. In this session individualized harmonics protocols will be played based on your verbal and energetic feedback. The session might include guided mediation and visualization.
